In response to Camiel's latest blog posts, I am one of the happy patiently waiting customers that nobody hears from.

For those that are looking to buy from MP, all you have to have is patience. There are a lot of us that do, and are happy customers.

Think of MP like a small custom shop rather than a giant amazon.com warehouse.

3 Orders, 3 times high quality parts, affordable prices and in two cases acceptable delay time.

Well of course I know this feeling that childs have one day before christmas night and yes it's comparabel to that feeling when you are waiting for mendel parts.
I can understand the frustration of some customers.
But, in my opinion this is an open source environment, and for me it's not as hard to wait.

I respect the work that Camiel is doing to keep the shop going, to write the documentation (remember the eDrawings, this forum etc.) AND to do some future development of the Mendel.

Yes, things should become better in the future and I'am pretty sure they will.

I am in violent agreement! I too have placed several orders, waited as patiently as I could, and each time was rewarded with very high-quality parts. Like everyone else I wish that the turnaround time for my orders was shorter, but I understand the situation and the quality is worth the wait for me.

I was shocked and awed to see Camiel be so bluntly honest on his home page. I am glad to see he is getting more help, and hope that he is able to both grow his business to meet the demand and regain his life away from work.
