So I got a number 8 kit with all the thick and thin sheets for the Mendel and I am a little confused. WTF am I supposed to do with this frog sheet? I get that it is the bottom plate but the visual instructions for the Prusa just show a rectangle with four holes. I don't understand how I am supposed to use it, despite being covered with holes none of them line up with the print bed (there are four holes on the outside of the print bed but they are farther apart than than the frog is wide) and it was my understanding I would not have to do any drilling if I ordered this kit (that's kind of the point of a kit). Also, while I can see how it could be done, there is no obvious way to attach it to the bushings. So I want to know: 1: What is the proper way to attach it to the bushings? 2: What is up with all the holes? 3: What is the proper place to drill in the print bed? 4: WTF is up with this piece? What's the advantage of it? It seems to me like I would be better of just to go out and make a plain old rectangle like the instructions show and not have to drill a couple centimeters into my print bed.
