Filament calibration problem
Hi, I've recently tried calibrating the filament width on my printer (Mendel) from this calibration set
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5573 specifically the .5mm thin wall (using a .5mm nozzle.)
However, when I calibrate the filament width to be 0.6mm (as sfact expects it to be, it was printing at 0.9+) the perimeter lines and the loops do not join, leaving a gap all the way around (once built you can get a fingernail in-between and lever the perimeter away from the loops). And I can't find an option to move the loops closer to the perimeter in sfact. The only one I can see is Infill Overlap over perimeter. If I set this to 10 (as a scaler, 10x more than normal), it does a reasonable job as it extends the infill past the loops and touches the perimeter, but the loops are no closer to the perimeter.
I'm using printrun with sfact v42.4.1, with mostly default settings. (bar usual changes - filament diameter, feed speed etc).
Thanks for any help.
