Payment Methods & Info
At this moment we accept Paypal or Bank transfer as a payment method.
Note that bank transfer can delay your order a few days, depending on your location.
Please include your ordernumber in the bank payment description.
Also when doing bank payment make sure to select the "OUR" cost option, meaning: the customer pays for all internationals costs involved, else we will not get the full amount in some cases. (this depends on bank of customer, if and what they charge for international bank transfer. If amount is not enough due to the shared option cost, the customer has to do another bank tranfser and has 2x the cost.. so make sure to select OUR cost option during bank payment.
For order addons/changes, changes in shipping etc we prefer using paypal, our paypal business account: camielgubbels@hotmail.com
Note: Prices in USD can vary from day to day, because we often update the EUR-USD exchange rate.
All prices are excluding 19% VAT.
Customers from outside the EU and EU companies can buy excluding 19% VAT.
Shipping cost and VAT estimates can be viewed directly (no login required) in the cart checkout.
For EU companies (except NL): we need to manually check your country VAT number.
You can make an order in the webshop and add your company VAT and company details as comment in the order, then pay including VAT and once we checked the VAT number, we will refund the 19% VAT. However it is easier if you contact us prior to ordering, so we can change your account to a NO-VAT account and all futuure orders made are without VAT / refunds needed. Or in special cases (for example you need to have a PO number on your invoice), you can contact us for a custom quote / invoice

Shipping options
After an account is created, shipping cost will be automatically calculated and you can select a shipping option during checkout.
(its not necessary to make a real order, you can already see shipping options/cost before payment selection.)
Also the 19% VAT incl. or excl is done automatically by shipping country.
We use UPS STANDARD service inside the EU & UPS EXPRESS SAVER service for countries outside the EU.
Please make sure your phonenumber is real (not 000), because UPS will phone when they cannot find the address or incorrect details or when you are not home etc.
If your country is not listed, you can contact us for custom shipping options/quotation
In very rare cases we can use TNT/postmail, but for now that is only for orders to the Russian Federation, because UPS is not guaranteed to work with RU.
Russian customers can now checkout normally and select UPS as shipping option, however we will use TNT for those customers, but to keep things simple, we have added the TNT shipping cost, but its named UPS. This way Russian customers can do a full checkout and pay for shipping. So select UPS please, but the cost are for TNT shipping, which will be used to ship the items. With TNT you will also get a trackntrace number.
Estimated shipping time with UPS during the week: USA: 2-3days, UK: 2-4days, DE&BE:24hours-2days.
Note: for orders shipped to non-EU countries it is possible that additional (import) duties apply, but this depends on the destination country.
11-3-2011: We use ONLY UPS from today, multiple reasons for that:
- we only want to have one shipping company to work with, so we get more discount, and less logistics/different label systems/shipping rate tables etc
- better service and always trackntrace
- easier with pickup and labelling
- problems can be solved directly with our own UPS contact person(s)
Returns
If product is not as expected for some reason, you can return it.
Off course only if the product isn\'t being used.
We will refund your money once item is received.
The cost for returning the package is for the customer.
There are some products that cannot be returned.
Since these can\'t be guaranteed as not being used:
Electronics, cables, motors.
