At this moment we have decided to disable our email / contact us form, main reasons:
- we have over 5000 unread emails
- we are unable to keep up with the daily emails coming in
- our email is on a different server which is very, very slow (at this time)
- we prefer faster/interactive communication, so we dont need 6 emails for a simple order change..
So we will be using Skype instead of email over the coming weeks and time will tell how that turns out..
PS: we prefer skype messaging (not calling) due to no microphone setup (yet).
Also we are not behind our skype account non-stop, so the plan is that we check our skype messages like once an hour.. so it might take upto 60mins before you get a reaction (or more during the night)
Also please make sure you know your ordernumber before contacting us.

UPDATE: We now have a dedicated mobile phone for customer support also: 0031 (0) 6 1733 1112 (preferred time: 10-22h UTC+01)
Please use the mobile number if the other one is not being answered (if im on the road or working at home)
It is also possible to send text messages to this mobile number with questions / order info etc.
